Celebrated the first full week of November each year.
Get Involved in the Literacy Action Week Social Media Campaign!
- Print one or all of the #LiteracyActionWeek posters (colour or black & white):
- Finish the sentence (example: "I think #literacy is important because...")
- Take a photo holding your poster.
- Post on your photo social media
and make sure to @mention Literacy Nova Scotia in your post.
To do this, simply type the "@" symbol followed by LiteracyNovaScotia for Facebook and Instagram or Literacy_ns for X (formerly Twitter) and select us from the list that appears.
In your post, let us know which community learning organization you're from and include the hashtag #LiteracyActionWeek2025
