Adult Learners' Week: March 29 – April 4, 2026
Learning Changes Lives iPad Mini Draw

Tell us your story about how improving your literacy skills has made a positive difference in your life.
Your stories have the power to inspire others to continue their learning journeys. All eligible submissions will be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of four iPad Minis and will be featured in the Adult Learners' Week 2026 Booklet.
This year, we’re accepting entries in four streams: English, French, Mi'kmaq/Indigenous, and African Nova Scotian.

Literacy and adult learning are vital in our ever-changing world. More than ever, people need to improve literacy and essential skills as technology evolves.
Adult learners who prioritize learning experience transformed lives. Their confidence grows, career opportunities expand, and they inspire others.
When literacy becomes a daily priority, communities thrive.
All Adult Learners' Week activities are funded by Labour, Skills and Immigration to support NSSAL learners.
